Since our products are custom-made and fulfilled on demand through Fourthwall, we only accept returns for defective items. Our policy is as follows:

    • Provide a detailed description of the defect along with clear photographs or videos illustrating the issue.

  2. Confirmation and Instructions:

    • Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days with further instructions.
    • If the return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the defective item.

  3. Return Packaging:

    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if available, or use suitable packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  4. Ship the Item:

    • Attach the provided return shipping label to the package.
    • Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier.

  5. Refund or Replacement:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or send a replacement, based on your preference.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Conditions for Return:
